Battery Doesn't Charge
- It is very rare for our Peg Perego Battery to arrive not working at all. More often than not, when this is the case, we find that the charger being used is defective or there's an issue with the ride-on toy. If after verification and both the charger and the ride-on toy are working perfectly, please reach out to us so we can assist you. We can offer a replacement or a refund for the defective battery, whichever you prefer.
Battery No Longer Holds Charge
- For batteries that are over 30 days and no longer hold charge, please reach out to us for warranty replacement. All Peg Perego replacement batteries purchased from us have 1-year warranty replacement and a 30-day refund warranty.
